LEVEL 3 TOURISM  MODULE (SEMESTER 1)- L3TOU

You will learn about New Zealand regions as tourist destinations, in particular Canterbury and a North Island region of your choice. You will then look at Queenstown as a case study for tourist destinations. As part of this, you experience this destination on a field trip to Queenstown. As with all courses at Linwood College, this is an outline as to how this course might develop, however there is flexibility to adapt to student needs and interests.

  • US 18228 Demonstrate knowledge of specific New Zealand regions as tourist destinations
  • US 24733 Describe and promote a New Zealand tourist destination
