This course enhances skills and knowledge gained through Level 1 and Level 2 Hospitality and prepares students for entering the hospitality industry at tertiary level. These skill are ideal for entering the industry as a career or for part-time and holiday jobs. Restaurant evenings are a highlight of this course.

Course Components:
  • Basic nutrition in commercial catering
  • Knowledge of culinary terms and products.
  • Coffee origin and production.
  • Food contamination hazards and control methods used in a food business.
