Qualification: NCEA Level 2
This course continues to explore both the physical and cultural world and how we interact within these. At Level two, we also incorporate relevant Tourism Unit Standards to enrich student learning and knowledge of our world. The program will be designed in consultation with students’ interests and ambitions. It is possible to gain Endorsement in Geography, or complete this course fully internally assessed. Standards will be selected from the components listed below. Students will still be able to do Tourism as a separate subject as well.
Day field trips and/or an overnight trip will be undertaken within this course.

Entry Recommendations: 10 Credits in Level 1 Geography, or through conversation with KMU or JLY.
